You'll be the behind-the-scenes mastermind, working closely with clients and colleagues to add those special touches and ensure every detail shines. KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Wizardry: Coordinate and negotiate all event details, collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms, and tackle upsell opportunities.
• Paperwork Power: Respond to inquiries, book events, whip up contracts and BEOs, and keep everyone in the loop with weekly packets and critical date reminders.
• Teamwork Triumphs: Post schedules, assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage, and organize all files and VIP requests for the crew.
• Communication Champs: Type and distribute all correspondence, handle phones and messages, and keep trace logs updated for the CS/Catering team.
• Service Superstar: Always bring a friendly, attentive attitude, maintain a sharp appearance, follow company standards, and jump in wherever needed!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelors degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant hotel or event experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates quick, accurate decision-making and maintains composure under pressure.
• Skilled at problem-solving and comfortable working with financial information and basic math.
