This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Marketing in the United States.
This role is an opportunity to lead product marketing strategy for a dynamic B2B SaaS portfolio, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth across multiple regions. The Director of Product Marketing will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for multiple product launches while serving as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. You will translate market insights into compelling messaging, create frameworks that enable high-performing teams, and influence business strategy through data-driven recommendations. This position combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to innovative marketing tools, AI-driven processes, and a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will also manage and mentor a direct report, building scalable processes and operational excellence within the team.
Accountabilities:
  • Own product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint conveys a consistent, compelling story.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature releases, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue outcomes.
  • Develop collateral, messaging frameworks, and enablement tools to support Sales in articulating value and closing deals.
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, win rates, product adoption, and retention metrics to tie marketing initiatives to business results.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the market, leveraging research, benchmark data, and customer insights to influence product and business strategy.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report while establishing repeatable processes for messaging, launches, and competitive intelligence.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to scale marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the association market, including member engagement models, buying processes, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end product launches at a high cadence.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing direct reports and building scalable marketing processes.
  • Strategic and tactical mindset, able to set direction while executing efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation to enhance marketing processes is highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
