You will help shape processes, manage risk, and guide clients through every phase of ERP implementation while building long-term trusted relationships. Accountabilities

Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery meets time, scope, and budget objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendor teams, and internal project teams, facilitating collaboration and decision-making.
Coordinate task assignments to internal and client teams in alignment with project plans.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including governance structures, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

Experience working with federal, state, or local government entities or regulated industries is highly desirable.
Consulting experience in a national/regional firm, independent consulting, or software vendor environment with experience in requirements gathering and system testing.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures, with proactive problem management capabilities.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Comfortable traveling to client sites up to 30%, particularly for on-site project activities.
