The Business Operations and Strategy Manager will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, translating complex challenges into structured, actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic expansion, product launches, AI adoption, and operational scaling. The position demands a combination of analytical rigor, operational discipline, and collaborative influence, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations teams. Success in this role will directly impact organizational efficiency, execution velocity, and the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions at scale.
Accountabilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, including commercial expansion, enterprise implementations, internal AI adoption, product launches, and operational transformations.
- Serve as a deployable operator in high-stakes or ambiguous situations, diagnosing root causes and designing clear execution plans.
- Architect scalable systems, including processes, tools, dashboards, and playbooks, to support sustainable growth.
- Drive analytical rigor by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to inform strategic decisions.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with defined workstreams, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
- Align stakeholders across departments to ensure coordinated execution and outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, surfacing insights, risks, and opportunities to influence organizational strategy.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in consulting, business operations at a tech company, or high-trust strategy/Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, value-based care, and payer/provider dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-organizational initiatives to completion.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans.
- Proven track record in building systems, processes, and operational infrastructure from the ground up.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence without positional authority.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
- Experience in remote or distributed team collaboration is a plus.
