Maintenance Tech Supervisor

Daily Responsibilities:

• Must meet all SEIDS's AA Technician requirements
• Full knowledge of air brakes, truck repairs, electrical systems, hydraulics, trailer body work, landing gear assembly, wheels, tires, welding, and fabrication
• Supervise associates too ensure all maintenance processes and operations are followed
• Implement maintenance procedures under guidance of Manager and conduct regular team training
• Assist manager in conducting regular facility inspection
• Work with contractors and service providers
• Ensure associates follow safety policies and procedures
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in shop managers absence
• Monitor equipment and part inventory, ensuring availability to complete projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the maintenance field
• Ability to train and supervise mechanic staff
• Strong knowledge of equipment and machinery
• Excellent problem-solver and team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
