About the RoleAs a Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help guide daily kitchen operations, support your team, and ensure every dish is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and enjoys the structure and stability of working within a respected hotel brand.
✅ ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support daily kitchen operations in a fast‑casual setting
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen team members
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
Assist with prep, line execution, and service during peak periods
Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Partner with management to improve efficiency, morale, and guest satisfaction
1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization
Ability to lead by example in a high‑volume environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Experience with Mexican cuisine (not required — we’ll train the right leader)
Experience in fast‑casual, quick‑service, or high‑volume restaurant environments
A passion for coaching and developing team members
Strong leadership with a supportive, team‑first mindset
Pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality food
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy service periods
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and kitchen operations
