About the Role

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help guide daily kitchen operations, support your team, and ensure every dish is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and enjoys the structure and stability of working within a respected hotel brand.

✅ Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support daily kitchen operations in a fast‑casual setting

  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen team members

  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control

  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

  • Assist with prep, line execution, and service during peak periods

  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control

  • Partner with management to improve efficiency, morale, and guest satisfaction

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization

  • Ability to lead by example in a high‑volume environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Experience with Mexican cuisine (not required — we’ll train the right leader)

  • Experience in fast‑casual, quick‑service, or high‑volume restaurant environments
