This role is responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy for hyperscaler partnerships, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Oracle (OCI). The Director will design high-impact programs that integrate regional initiatives with corporate priorities to drive measurable pipeline growth. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will lead marketing planning, revenue-driving initiatives, and partner engagement programs, while serving as a key advisor to executive stakeholders. Success in this role requires balancing global vision with local execution and fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and regional teams.
- Architect and execute unified global marketing plans for hyperscaler partners, ensuring alignment between corporate initiatives and regional programs.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and cloud marketplace revenue through strategic planning and targeted campaigns.
- Maximize partner spend utilization by understanding and leveraging hyperscaler commitments, including AWS EDPs, Google Cloud commits, and OCI consumption models.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders, aligning objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, presenting data-driven updates, recommendations, and GTM strategies.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and Cloud Credits as strategic assets to fuel innovative marketing initiatives.
- Identify emerging opportunities and build modern, data-driven demand generation programs to capture new market segments.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, or related fields, with demonstrated success driving growth within AWS and Google Cloud ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of cloud procurement, private offers, and enterprise cloud consumption models.
- Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-touch global marketing plans with measurable impact.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic insights clearly.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to lead in a matrixed, high-stakes environment.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable setting pace and direction for global programs with autonomy.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy, planning, and execution.
