This is a high-impact, enterprise-focused sales role designed for experienced Healthcare SaaS professionals who excel at both new business acquisition and strategic account growth. You will manage a territory spanning medium to large hospitals, health systems, and physician practices, driving net-new logo acquisition while expanding wallet share across existing clients. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, from territory planning and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to accelerate deal velocity and deliver measurable business outcomes. The position requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders. This remote role includes significant travel (50%+) and provides opportunities to influence the adoption of innovative SaaS solutions across the healthcare sector.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for healthcare SaaS solutions, including territory planning, prospecting, discovery, executive alignment, demos, contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Identify new buying centers, service lines, and net-new logo opportunities within target health systems
- Drive strategic expansion within existing accounts by fostering executive relationships and cross-selling or upselling additional solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the territory
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Product, Marketing, Implementation, Sales Operations) to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform sales strategy and account planning
- Achieve or exceed top-line revenue targets and recognized revenue goals
- 5+ years of successful Healthcare SaaS sales experience, with an emphasis on new business acquisition
- Proven track record of selling to hospitals, hospital systems, and large physician groups
- Deep understanding of provider healthcare landscape, including revenue cycle management, managed care, and administrative workflows
- Experience balancing net-new business acquisition (60–70%) with strategic expansion of existing accounts (30–40%)
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
- Excellent consultative selling, executive-level communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with 50%+ travel and managing a remote territory
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and pipeline management capabilities
