• Build, manage, and grow relationships with a portfolio of donors, including foundations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
• Develop and execute tailored donor engagement and communication strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive funding outcomes
• Oversee donor communications, ensuring timely updates on impact, initiatives, and organizational progress
• Support the cultivation of prospective donors by managing pipelines, responding to inquiries, and coordinating outreach efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver donor events, meetings, and engagement opportunities
• Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems and generate insights to inform fundraising strategies
• Contribute to strategic planning by sharing donor feedback and helping shape long-term development goals
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for donors, leadership, and board engagement

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, or partnership management
• Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with institutional donors or major funders
• Strong understanding of philanthropy, ideally within sustainability, food systems, or climate-related sectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
• Experience using CRM systems and managing donor data effectively
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 (U.S.-based candidates), depending on experience and location
