Warehouse Associate (Picker & Packer) at Silhouette, LLC – Commerce, California

We are looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Associate (Picker & Packer) for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day fulfillment of e-commerce orders across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining organization and efficiency within the warehouse.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with evolving processes and able to maintain accuracy and speed as order volume scales.

In this role, you will support core warehouse operations across:

• Order picking & packing
• Shopify order processing & fulfillment workflows
• Inventory organization & stock management
• Shipping & labeling
• General warehouse operations

You will partner closely with the Warehouse Manager and Operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to execute at a high level in a high-volume environment.

• 1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations experience
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
• Familiarity with pick/pack/ship workflows in a warehouse environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean and structured work areas
• Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute independently
• Comfortable working in environments with evolving processes
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed

• Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently based on order requirements
• Process and fulfill orders through Shopify and related systems
• Prepare shipments, including labeling, packaging, and staging for carrier pickup
• Ensure accuracy of items, quantities, and shipping details for all orders
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with restocking shelves and bins
• Support inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed
• Follow established workflows and contribute to improving fulfillment processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Assist with inbound shipments and product intake as needed
