We are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant with a friendly, upbeat demeanor, with an ability to accomplish a broad range of administrative duties while supporting our company’s managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the entire office.

General Daily Tasks Include:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, guests, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and coordinate meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for various departments.
- Process customer contracts.
- Prepare presentation folders.
- Maintain and coordinate company vehicle management.
- Other duties as assigned among various departments.
Position Requirements:
- Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar roles.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Tech savvy.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and ambitious attitude.
- Ability to execute discretion and confidentiality.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Range: $25.00/hour
Physical Setting: In Office, M-F
