  • Providing on-site technical support, training, and troubleshooting during field exercises, evaluations, and mission operations.
  • Serving as a liaison between customer teams and DeepSig engineering staff to drive product improvements.
  • Supporting demonstrations, experiments, and integration of DeepSig tools into customer platforms.
  • Preparing and delivering feedback and usage reports to internal teams.
  • Maintaining awareness of mission goals, security protocols, and user requirements in the field and/or at customer locations.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to support field operations, customer engagements, or system deployments.

What we need to see:

  • Hands-on experience in tactical or field environments involving RF systems or EW/SIGINT/ELINT missions.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills in both field and technical settings.
  • Comfortable supporting dynamic mission environments and working independently in the field.
  • Must be comfortable using common computer systems and applications, including Windows/Mac environments, file management, basic networking, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Linux OS experience.
  • Experience with Atlassian software (Jira/Confluence).
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in defense, wireless communications, or cybersecurity.
  • Hobbyist amateur radio or Software Defined Radio experience.
