Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent weekday routine from Monday through Friday, with daytime shifts running from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt daily clearing of debris from common exterior spaces.
- General groundskeeping duties including edging walkways, mulching and weed pulling
- Conduct basic pruning tasks for trees and shrubs
- Provide support for maintenance crew upon request. This may include performing routine building maintenance tasks, relocating appliances or aiding in the refurbishment of vacant units.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license along with dependable transportation.
- A foundational understanding of landscaping or grounds maintenance work is expected.
