As a Part-Time Document Imaging Representative / Receptionist, you’ll serve as the welcoming face of the Bank while also ensuring critical documents are accurately processed, stored, and accessible.

If you’re someone who can shift comfortably between greeting visitors and focusing on precise, behind-the-scenes work, this role offers variety, structure, and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do to Be Successful1. Deliver a Professional and Welcoming Front Desk Experience
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Create a positive, professional first impression for customers, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Manage front desk activity with organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
2. Execute High-Quality Document Imaging
  • Prepare, scan, index, and commit paper and electronic documents for multiple business units.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure documents are legible, accurate, and properly categorized.
  • Maintain document organization and retention standards.
3. Keep Daily Workflow Moving Smoothly
  • Balance front desk responsibilities with imaging tasks, prioritizing work based on volume and urgency.
  • Support daily processing of notices, statements, and internal documents to ensure timely completion.
4. Maintain Organized Records & File Management
  • Retrieve, scan, and index documents from on-site and off-site storage as needed.
  • Ensure all files are stored securely and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Support Team Operations
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and light administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments regarding document quality or missing information.
  • Report issues promptly and follow established procedures.
What You Bring to the Table

You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Education beyond a high school diploma (business focus preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative, or clerical roles (banking experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks.
  • Comfortable multitasking between customer interaction and focused, independent work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first demeanor.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
Why You’ll Like This Role
  • Part-time schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Variety in your day—balancing people interaction with structured, independent work.
  • Opportunity to gain experience in banking operations and administration.
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment within a community-focused bank.

If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and making a strong first impression while keeping the details right behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity.
