Alvarez Plumbing Co is seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Installer Helper to support our installation team on residential and light commercial projects. This role focuses on installation work only no service calls and no on-call rotation. Overtime is available, including occasional night or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with installation of water, drain, waste, and vent piping systems

• Support whole-home repipes using PEX, copper, CPVC, and PVC

• Help complete minor plumbing tasks such as pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and basic troubleshooting

• Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and company vehicles

• Follow direction from lead installers to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

• Learn and apply Florida plumbing codes and industry best practices

• Assist with testing plumbing systems to ensure proper operation

• Help document job progress using ServiceTitan or similar software

• Coordinate with team members, project managers, and warehouse staff

Qualifications

• 02 years of plumbing, construction, or related experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the trade

• Basic knowledge of hand tools (must have your own basic set)

• Valid drivers license preferred

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude

Work Schedule
