Field Marketing Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator in United States.

In this role, you will be the operational engine behind field marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and meaningful engagement with security and compliance decision-makers. You will support the execution of regional events, conferences, roadshows, and executive programs that connect target customers with tailored messaging and experiences. Working closely with Sales and SDR teams, you will help ensure field activities directly contribute to demand generation and revenue goals. This is a highly cross-functional position where precision, organization, and execution excellence are essential. You will manage everything from logistics and vendors to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly metrics-driven, ideal for someone who thrives in turning plans into high-impact experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of regional field events, including conferences, trade shows, roadshows, executive roundtables, and customer events.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, budgeting, shipping, staffing, AV coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Research and evaluate high-impact event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with target accounts and regional sales priorities.
  • Develop event themes, messaging, and programming tailored to security, compliance, and IT decision-makers.
  • Serve as on-site lead during events, ensuring smooth execution and acting as primary problem solver.
  • Coordinate with Sales and SDR teams to align outreach campaigns, registrations, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure effective lead capture, routing, reporting, and post-event nurture workflows in collaboration with demand generation teams.
  • Manage swag, branded materials, and executive gifting programs, including inventory, sourcing, and distribution.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics such as attendance, pipeline impact, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, event playbooks, and post-event analysis to continuously improve execution quality.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM and event tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Swoogo, or Luma.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budget oversight experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing complex logistics under pressure.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize programs.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.
  • Based in or willing to work in alignment with key hubs such as San Francisco or New York is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABM, security/compliance markets, or hybrid events is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive industry salary with equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (with full coverage of employee-only premiums on most plans)
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Health and wellness stipend
  • Remote work setup support, including internet and cellphone stipends
  • Commuter benefits for office-based or hybrid employees
  • Family planning support benefits
  • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
  • Flexible PTO policy plus paid sick time and company holidays
  • Access to virtual events, learning sessions, and team-building activities
  • Global, inclusive work environment with strong emphasis on trust and flexibility
