Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or patient advocacy environments
  • Strong experience working with rare disease communities and underserved patient populations
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative patient advocacy programs
  • Demonstrated success in managing indication- or therapeutic area-level advocacy strategies
  • Strong understanding of patient engagement within clinical development and commercialization stages
  • Experience with compliant event management and advocacy sponsorship processes
  • Proficiency with Veeva or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary range: $164,000 – $225,500
  • Eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive programs
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plans

  • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements (role-dependent)
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, patient-focused biotech environment
  • Exposure to global, cross-functional teams and high-impact therapeutic programs.
