About the Role & Team
Expand IDG's cash forecasting and daily cash tracking capabilities from the US to Tier 1 and Tier2 global entities. You will develop scalable forecasting models, build a multi-entity real-time cash tracking dashboard, and create an entity rollout plan with phased milestones and training recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Deliver defined project workstreams end-to-end, from scoping through documentation and handoff. Build analytical models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools using Finance systems(D365, Power BI, CashPro/HSBCnet, Excel). Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials as applicable to your team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Present findings and recommendations to mentors and relevant stakeholders. Contribute to ad-hoc Finance projects as needed.
What You Bring
Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, ERPsystems (e.g., D365), or financial modeling tools is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
Intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to question the status quo.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work 30 hours per week with at least 2 days per week in our Boston office.

Compensation Transparency

Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.
Hourly wage range is $25-$30/hour, based on experience
