In this role, you will engage directly with existing customers to help them enhance their digital protection through tailored product upgrades and additional features. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through relevant solutions that improve their experience and strengthen their security. Working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative conversations. - Manage daily outbound outreach to existing customers to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities, while delivering a consultative and value-driven sales experience
- Clearly communicate product benefits and digital safety solutions, aligning recommendations with customer needs and usage patterns
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent performance and disciplined pipeline management
- Stay informed on product updates, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments to act as a knowledgeable advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies, improve messaging, and enhance overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
This role requires strong communication skills, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment. Candidates should have a natural ability to connect with customers and guide them toward solutions that improve their experience.
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role (tech sales experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build trust quickly
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to manage high-volume outbound activity
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting
- Base hourly rate of $18/hour plus commission, with total estimated compensation between $55,000 and $80,000
