- Deliver actionable insights and performance metrics by analyzing complex healthcare, financial, and operational datasets using advanced modeling techniques.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks, data models, and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including recommendations that drive operational and financial improvements.
- Act as a liaison between analytics teams and operational units to ensure alignment and effective use of data insights across markets.
- Support reporting infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery of dashboards, standard reports, and performance tracking tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data quality, and analytical workflows.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions and evolving business priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, ideally within a health plan or medical group in Medical Economics or Provider Economics.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and financial or operational modeling.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and extracting meaningful business insights.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; familiarity with SQL or Access strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Interest in healthcare systems and continuous learning in healthcare industry concepts and analytics tools.
- Competitive salary range: $87,000 – $106,600 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
