You will lead demand planning cycles, combining statistical modeling with real-world market insights from cross-functional teams. Working closely with commercial, finance, and supply planning stakeholders, you will ensure alignment between demand, inventory, and revenue objectives. The position offers strong exposure to global operations and requires a balance of analytical rigor and collaborative influence. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing forecasting accuracy and standardizing planning processes. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee demand forecasting processes and ensure alignment across global teams to support business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the global demand planning cycle by creating statistical baseline forecasts and integrating market intelligence from regional teams.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory turns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, finance, and supply planning teams to align on demand assumptions.
  • Analyze forecast variances, identify root causes of errors, and implement corrective actions to improve planning accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of demand planning processes in line with best practices in S&OP and integrated business planning.
  • Support reporting and communication of demand plans and performance metrics to leadership and global stakeholders.
  • Manage demand variability and risk while ensuring alignment with revenue and inventory targets.
Requirements:

This position requires strong analytical expertise, supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or S&OP, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience using forecasting tools or advanced planning systems.
  • Solid understanding of demand management, inventory planning, and integrated business planning frameworks (e.g., APICS/ASCM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
