What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
- Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure every client has consistent, reliable coverage
- Respond to call-outs, schedule changes, and same-day needs to maintain uninterrupted care
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and the office team to keep everyone aligned
- Support caregiver success by providing clarity, direction, and follow-up on scheduling expectations
- Maintain accurate records, track timekeeping, and support payroll accuracy
- Monitor scheduling trends and share updates that help improve operations
This role is about more than filling shifts—it’s about creating stability for clients and supporting caregivers so they can succeed in their roles.
What to Expect from the Role
This is a fast-moving, high-accountability position where priorities can shift quickly.
- Full-time role (40+ hours per week)
- Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Participation in rotating evening and remote weekend on-call coverage
- Must be available for at least:
- 2 weekends per month
- 1 weekday evening per week
- Rotating holiday on-call coverage
You’ll spend most of your time in the office, with occasional visits to client homes as needed.
Success in this role requires staying organized, communicating clearly, and being able to adjust quickly when plans change.

- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn scheduling systems and internal tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, office administration, or a related role (healthcare experience is a plus)
