About the role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead and structure our after-sales service operations across North America.
The Technical Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and scalability of Moov’s after-sales service operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing the technical support structure, managing service partners, and supervising Technical Field Specialists. The position combines technical expertise, team leadership, and process development to support a growing North American market
What you'll do
- Develop, structure, and expand a network of authorized service partners across North America
- Ensure adequate service coverage across all territories
- Establish and monitor service standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain strong relationships with service partners and key accounts
- Supervise and support Technical Field Specialists (USA & Canada)
- Collaborate on RMA processes and returned product evaluations
- Oversee stocking agreements with contracted service partner.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal and external partners (products, installation, diagnostics, repair)
- Develop technical and after-sales service processes
We are Offering
- Salary: $80,000– $90,000 USD (based on experience)
- Annual bonus: up to 15% based on performance
- Full-time position based in Florida (on-site)

We are Looking for
- Experience in technical support, field service, or service operations/ pool industry, HVAC, electromechanics, or related field (3-5 years)
- Experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
- Ability to use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
- Experience managing service networks or external partners
- Experience supervising or leading technical teams (Asset)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time (2-4h)
