This role focuses on driving strategic growth across key Public Sector accounts in the Switzerland and Austria region, where you will be responsible for building long-term relationships and delivering complex enterprise software solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment where innovation, AI-driven transformation, and customer success are central to every interaction. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, you will guide organizations through digital transformation using a full portfolio of SaaS and AI-powered solutions. The position requires a strong mix of strategic account management, new business acquisition, and consultative selling. You will own the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. This is a high-impact role within a globally recognized technology environment where ambition and execution go hand in hand.
- Manage and grow strategic Public Sector accounts across Switzerland and Austria, focusing on new business development and expansion opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute account strategies based on deep customer discovery, market analysis, and value-based selling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, marketing initiatives, and market intelligence.
- Present and demonstrate enterprise SaaS solutions to senior and C-level stakeholders, articulating clear business value.
- Lead complex sales processes by coordinating internal resources such as solution engineers, marketing, and professional services.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and performance tracking against quarterly and annual targets.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships that drive sustained revenue growth and customer success.
- Participate in ongoing sales enablement programs and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally within a major technology vendor or system integrator.
- Strong track record of new business acquisition and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Experience selling into Public Sector accounts, ideally within Switzerland and/or Austria.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in value-based selling, ROI analysis, and business case development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with credibility at executive level.
- Ability to build and leverage professional networks both internally and externally.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
