Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a 6-month freelance Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will support the existing team with day-to-day activities on a client’s brand. This person will work closely with the entire integrated team of creatives, producers, external agency partners, and clients to lead the execution of a 360 campaign (including but not limited to: Online Video, Digital, Social, OOH and Design).
This role is for someone who is self-sufficient and requires little oversight. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded and will be able to quickly learn, manage, and help find ways to improve our client’s processes and business.
- Lead simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns, developing and managing timelines and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Establish, manage, and maintain solid relationships with clients through frequent communication and clear expectation-setting.
- Anticipate and proactively address client needs, evaluating implications for strategy, execution, and overall business impact.
- Manage development of project briefs.
- Contribute a strategic point of view to help enhance creative ideas.
- Review deliverables against briefs and client requests/revisions.
- Seeks to make contributions beyond basic job requirements.
- Four years of agency experience in account management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of video production, digital, social, and the integrated campaign development process.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative instincts.
- Creative thinker and excellent problem-solver who can resourcefully and constructively respond to new demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles
- Business acumen and comfort discussing marketing and business needs that go beyond advertising.
- Category/industry knowledge
- Working knowledge of media
