This role is a strategic sales leadership position focused on building and expanding partnerships within the banking sector, particularly in the evolving fintech and Banking-as-a-Service landscape. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging financial institutions looking to modernize their infrastructure and launch innovative digital products. As an early member of the sales team, you will have the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and long-term client relationships. The position requires strong executive presence, the ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions, and a deep understanding of financial services. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Own and drive the full sales cycle for bank partnerships, from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert banking clients.
- Build and manage a portfolio of target accounts, creating strategic plans to win new business and expand existing relationships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with executive stakeholders, including senior leaders within banking organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, legal, compliance, and marketing to align on client solutions and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and team strategies as part of a growing sales organization.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape future offerings based on market needs and customer insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology solutions targeting banks or financial institutions.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into business value for clients.
- Demonstrated success managing long, complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value, customized agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with experience managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Benefits:
