This role sits at the forefront of large-scale AI infrastructure deployment, enabling the next generation of AI Factory systems that power cloud and hyperscale environments. You will lead complex, end-to-end customer programs focused on grid-to-token AI infrastructure, ensuring seamless coordination across energy, cooling, and compute ecosystems. Acting as a key interface between global cloud partners and internal technical teams, you will drive the successful rollout of highly advanced AI factory architectures. The position blends deep technical understanding with strategic program leadership in a fast-evolving AI infrastructure landscape. You will collaborate with world-class experts across engineering, supply chain, and energy systems to deliver mission-critical deployments. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to scaling global AI capabilities and accelerating the adoption of next-generation computing platforms.
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI Factory deployments, ensuring timely execution with global cloud and infrastructure partners.
- Coordinate project timelines, scheduling, and forecasting for power, cooling, and energy systems while ensuring full site readiness.
- Oversee cross-functional alignment between engineering, supply chain, operations, and customer stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Manage integration of AI Factory infrastructure components, including energy systems, thermal/cooling solutions, and logistics coordination.
- Track program performance, manage risks, and provide executive-level reporting on milestones, KPIs, and delivery progress.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing program leader, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in global customer program management within AI, cloud infrastructure, energy, or large-scale technical environments.
- Strong technical and operational expertise in managing complex supply chain, logistics, and infrastructure deployment challenges.
- Deep understanding of large-scale production or AI infrastructure environments, ideally including AI Factory or data center ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and customer-level audiences.
- Preferred: Experience in energy, power, and cooling infrastructure initiatives.
- Preferred: Background in deploying AI or cloud-scale production systems.
- Preferred: Strong customer-facing experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Competitive base salary range of 200,000 to 322,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
