This role plays a critical part in shaping strategic decisions by delivering accurate insights, robust financial models, and executive-level reporting. The environment is dynamic and evolving, requiring a leader who can bring structure, discipline, and clarity while the organization continues to scale. In addition to core finance responsibilities, the role extends into cross-functional business operations, supporting contract negotiations, HR oversight, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling to support business strategy and growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and performance dashboards to guide executive decision-making.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
  • Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, capital planning, and liquidity oversight.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and service providers, ensuring financial and operational alignment.
  • Support HR, regulatory filings, business licensing, and other operational finance-related functions.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, operating model decisions, and growth planning.
  • Build, manage, and develop a small but high-performing finance team in a rapidly evolving environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and audit readiness with a proven track record of clean audits.
  • Extensive FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build financial systems, processes, and internal controls in scaling organizations.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to boards, investors, and senior leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility
  • Stock options as part of long-term incentive compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid parental leave program
  • Generous paid time off (PTO)
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization
  • Exposure to strategic decision-making and executive-level initiatives
  • Dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment
