  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional resources, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of deliverables
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving resolution and escalation when necessary
  • Engage with hardware, software, and ISP vendors to support procurement and technical implementation needs
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and process materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project management standards and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within IT infrastructure or technical delivery environments
  • Experience managing projects such as office buildouts, relocations, cloud migrations, or similar infrastructure initiatives
  • Strong understanding of working with vendors including construction contractors, ISP providers, and IT procurement partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set expectations and maintain alignment across diverse groups
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Exposure to high-impact, client-facing technical projects
  • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
