Flex Security Officer - Unarmed at North State Security Group LLC – Charlotte, North Carolina

Schedule: On-Call/Variable Schedule. Days, Nights, Holidays, Weekends (as needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Flex Officer to support multiple sites throughout the Charlotte area. This role is ideal for individuals who value variety in their work schedule and can adapt quickly to different environments. Flex Officers are critical in covering open shifts, call-outs, and special assignments while maintaining a consistent standard of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence to help deter unauthorized activity
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor assigned areas
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service requests
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Follow site-specific procedures and company policies
- Maintain readiness for immediate deployment when contacted
- Travel to multiple client sites as directed

Qualifications:
- Previous security experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Absolute reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Pass all background checks
