You will lead complex projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation through to successful closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across datacenter and infrastructure environments, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Translate technical architecture into clear delivery plans and facilitate discussions to support solution design and decision-making.
• Manage project communications, including status updates, release notices, escalations, and issue resolution across global teams.
• Oversee documentation of technical and operational procedures with clarity, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate complex installations and deployments while proactively identifying and escalating risks or operational issues.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management within technical or infrastructure-focused environments.
• Strong background in datacenter systems, including servers, networking equipment, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven experience in field services, technical support, or customer-facing engineering roles for hardware/software solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional and global teams effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities in complex technical contexts.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently in fast-moving environments.
• PMP certification and experience in HPC or advanced computing environments are strong advantages.
