Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: James A. Baker Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Center – Mercer County, WV

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the James A. Baker Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Center. The LPN will provide direct support in medication management, monitor compliance, and assist clients with referrals to medical and community providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily dispensing and delivery of medications

• Monitor and assess medication compliance

• Support referrals to medical and community providers

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care

Qualifications:

• Current West Virginia LPN license required

• Behavioral health experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 12-hour shifts

• Every other weekend required

• On-call rotation with paid compensation

• Occasional night shift coverage with shift differential
