This role sits at the center of large-scale manufacturing and engineering programs, driving cross-functional execution across complex, enterprise-level initiatives. You will lead strategic projects that connect customer needs with operational delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, and production teams. Acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will translate business objectives into actionable execution plans. The position requires strong leadership in managing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics across global environments. You will be responsible for identifying risks, optimizing processes, and ensuring program success from initiation through delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, structure, and accountability directly impact operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage enterprise-level manufacturing programs, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and executed across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers, to align objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and KPIs, ensuring programs remain within scope, cost, and timeline constraints.
  • Drive risk management activities, including identification, mitigation planning, and escalation of potential issues impacting program performance.
  • Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and financial forecasting to support both current and future program needs.
  • Provide regular reporting on program status, performance variances, and corrective actions to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing cost-effective operational enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environments.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, resource planning, and KPI-driven performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk identification and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
