Requirements

This position requires extensive experience in healthcare or health tech enterprise sales, with a proven ability to close large, complex deals in highly matrixed environments. You must be confident engaging senior executives and translating business needs into structured partnership solutions.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling into large employers, including F500 organizations and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Strong understanding of the HR benefits ecosystem, including health plans, brokers, and consultants.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders such as CHROs, CFOs, and heads of benefits.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in fast-paced, ambiguous, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and business case development skills to support data-driven decision-making.
