This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a RFI & Content Specialist in India.
In this role, you will support global pricing and proposals operations by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of RFI/RFQ content and responses. You will play a key part in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely proposal materials that directly support business development and client engagement efforts. The position involves working closely with subject matter experts, sales, and internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and maintain standardized content used across proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining structured content libraries and ensuring data consistency across systems such as CRM platforms. This is a highly detail-oriented and collaborative role where strong communication, organization, and content management skills are essential. You will contribute to improving response efficiency and enabling faster, higher-quality commercial decisions in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Manage and process incoming RFI/RFQ requests through dedicated proposal response systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review and validate system-generated or existing responses, updating content where necessary to ensure relevance and quality.
- Maintain and continuously improve the RFI/RFQ content library, ensuring structured, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate subject matter expert (SME) reviews of standard responses and incorporate feedback into the knowledge base.
- Manage RFI/RFQ-related workflows and data within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including SMEs, Business Development, and proposal teams, to gather required inputs.
- Communicate updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders involved in the proposal process.
- Support continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and response efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in RFI/RFQ management, proposal coordination, project coordination, or relationship management.
- Experience working in structured, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
