This role is focused on driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition. Working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and revenue operations to translate business goals into high-performing marketing initiatives. The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on execution, requiring a strong understanding of paid media, funnel performance, and conversion optimization. You will play a key role in improving campaign efficiency, scaling high-performing initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and attribution. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, display, retargeting, and other performance channels to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
- Translate business and product goals into actionable campaign strategies, including audience targeting, testing frameworks, budgeting, and performance benchmarks
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, segmentation, pacing, asset coordination, and quality control
- Analyze campaign performance across full funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue) to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
- Collaborate with vertical marketing, product, creative, and RevOps teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creative, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences
- Improve campaign efficiency by identifying waste reduction opportunities and scaling high-performing initiatives
- Support attribution, tracking, and lead flow accuracy in partnership with RevOps teams
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy and measurement standards
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign ideation, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media, ideally in SaaS, tech, agency, or multi-brand environments
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance insights
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
- Solid understanding of conversion strategy, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Exposure to AI-assisted marketing tools and understanding of responsible AI use in campaign workflows
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD
