Job Description

Summary of Primary Functions: Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our industrial installation and relocation operations. This role is responsible for managing materials, equipment, and inventory that support large-scale machinery installation and relocation projects. The Warehouse Associate will ensure materials are received, stored, organized, and distributed efficiently to meet project and operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations while maintaining organization and safety standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials and tools for shipment to job sites and project teams.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all equipment and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard areas.
  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines when handling materials and equipment.
  • Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installation and relocation projects.

Experience, Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with inventory management systems.

Travel Required: Less than 15%

Work Environment: This position is based in a warehouse that is not climate-controlled. The employee will be working in hot and cold conditions.
