This role is focused on shaping and delivering impactful learning and development initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities and support strategic business priorities. You will work across the full lifecycle of talent development programs, from identifying learning needs to designing, executing, and measuring their effectiveness. The position requires a strong balance between hands-on execution and strategic thinking, ensuring learning solutions are both scalable and aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with HR business partners and leaders to translate capability needs into practical learning experiences. - Support the full lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, including needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
- Coordinate and facilitate learning experiences in virtual and in-person formats, ensuring high-quality participant engagement
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into actionable learning solutions
- Design and support leadership development programs and functional capability-building initiatives
- Manage learning operations including scheduling, communications, LMS setup, and training logistics
- Maintain accurate learning data, reporting on participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness
- Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning solutions and development programs
- Support manager and leadership enablement through structured tools, resources, and learning materials
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar HR roles
- Experience delivering end-to-end learning programs in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to design and facilitate learning experiences (virtual and/or in-person)
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and blended learning approaches (formal, informal, experiential)
- Experience with leadership development programs and scalable capability-building initiatives
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and reporting (pivots, formulas, dashboards)
- Familiarity with learning evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick or similar frameworks
- Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms and HR systems
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required
