- Manage the full renewal and expansion sales cycle, including pipeline management, pricing proposals, and deal closure
- Develop strategic account plans that align with both company goals and customer objectives
- Introduce new products, channels, and services to customers, tailoring solutions to their unique needs
- Conduct win/win renewal negotiations to maximize contract value while maintaining strong client relationships
- Map complex, multi-brand accounts to identify growth opportunities across regions and business units
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience
- Engage with key influencers and decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
- Respond to commercial inquiries and support testing of strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth
- Minimum 6 years of experience closing recurring revenue SaaS deals with enterprise customers
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success, driving contract renewals
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate product capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to map complex organizational structures
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Experience conducting discovery, identifying opportunities, and quantifying value across multiple products
- Effective multi-threading skills to engage stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
