The team at Urban Smiles Victoria located in Victoria, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis!

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems, structure, and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a small boutique style clinic in the heart of downtown Victoria. We have three restorative and three hygiene operatories. We offer a variety of dental services and have a healthy patient base, as well as long term staff.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday (Option of Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday)
• No evenings or weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong preference with experience as a Dental Administrator
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Reliable, adaptable, organized
