- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and Product Development.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with major dealer networks and A&D firms.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders and independent rep groups.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events.
- Own forecasting and budgeting for the Canadian territory.
- Collaborate with the VP Global Sales to shape long-term commercial strategies.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in strategic account management and market development.
- Expert negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across business units.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Compensation range: $94,400.00 - $122,600.00.
