Remote Project Architect V

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Project Architect V. In this role, you will lead the development of technical aspects for large and complex projects, as well as multiple smaller projects. You will coordinate with various disciplines to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Your expertise will drive compliance and quality through collaboration and strategic planning, ultimately impacting the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Accountabilities
  • Manage critical path process to lead project team through all technical and production aspects from pre-design to completion.
  • Lead engagement with the Office or Project Quality Leader for project support.
  • Guide integration and development of all technical aspects and content.
  • Establish and maintain realistic work plans and deliverable schedules.
  • Participate in Project Risk Assessment, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Assist Project Architects in developing Project Quality Plans.
  • Review documentation strategies for various phases of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Project Design Lead to align design with client goals.
  • Ensure integration of building performance and sustainable design goals.
  • Monitor project documentation and compliance with requirements.
  • Guide compliance with Life Safety, Building and Energy Codes.
  • Coordinate all disciplines with architectural design intent.
  • Collaborate with Model Manager to ensure model quality.
  • Lead contract documentation alignment with project specifications.
  • Oversee Construction Administration phase responsibilities.
  • Train and direct project team members on standards and quality.
  • Meet established utilization targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • At least 10 years of related professional experience.
  • 5 years in increasingly responsible roles in construction documentation.
  • 3 years in a responsible role in construction administration on large projects.
  • Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
  • Preferred CDT and LEED accreditation.
  • Demonstrated focus on quality and building codes knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and client leadership skills.
  • Proven technical leadership skills for production teams.
  • Ability to mentor less experienced staff.
  • Advanced knowledge in discipline with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
