The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of estate planning experience and be comfortable working with a diverse client base on complex estate, gift, and tax matters.Key Responsibilities

Position Overview
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of estate planning experience and be comfortable working with a diverse client base on complex estate, gift, and tax matters.Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
- Prepare and review related tax returns
- Manage estate and trust administration, including all aspects of Massachusetts probate and trust law
- Handle routine probate administrations from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients, fiduciaries, and professional advisors
- Minimum 7 years of estate planning experience
- Strong understanding of probate and trust administration
- Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple complex matters simultaneously
