Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Shopify Plus and e-commerce to lead and deliver high-impact projects for our global enterprise clients. This strategic role involves orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to design and execute tailored solutions while ensuring successful project outcomes and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Shopify Plus projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align project deliverables with client goals.
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation during the planning phase.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Maintain continuous client communication, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine project results.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration, driving excellence in project execution across solutioning, design, development, and QA.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior project management, particularly in e-commerce and digital commerce projects.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices.
- Experienced in handling multiple large replatforming projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess.
- Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting.
- Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP’s, Accounting Systems and other business systems is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 120,000 CAD per year(Vancouver)
