WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department's daily operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our campaign execution, ensuring that assets are delivered on time, budgets are tracked accurately, and our email communications remain compliant and effective. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of creative coordination and operational management and wants to learn from a team of experienced marketers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross Functional Coordination:

  • Support the flow of information between marketing, creative, digital, and sales teams by ensuring marketing calendars are accurately and timely maintained
        • Identify opportunities to streamline communications and flow

        Email Marketing:

        • Assist in the execution and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
        • Maintain database integrity by managing manual unsubscribes and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
        • Perform quality assurance checks on all outbound emails to ensure links, images, and copy are accurate.

        Paid Media Support:

          • Support the ongoing needs of paid search and paid social media advertising. Liaison between agency and internal team.

          Asset Coordination & Trafficking

          • Responsible for trafficking creative assets between internal teams and external media partners.
          • Ensure all campaign materials (banners, videos, copy) meet technical specifications and are delivered according to the media schedule.

          Financial Administration

            • Manage invoice processing and billing for the marketing department, ensuring vendors are paid on time and expenses are coded to the correct budgets.
            • Liaise with the Finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies.

            Performance Reporting

              • Collate data and generate regular reporting on campaign performance across various channels.
              • Assist in identifying trends and providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

              Promotional Program Support

                • Oversee the administration of the gift card program, including fulfillment for promotions, customer loyalty rewards, and corporate gifting initiatives.

                WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Qualifications)

                • Education: Bachelors degree. Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
                • Experience: 13 years of experience in a marketing support role.
                • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a "check-it-twice" mentality, especially regarding billing and manual data entry.
                • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and project management tools, etc.
                • Analytical: Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to pull data for reporting.
