- End-to-end management of the clinical trial agreement (CTA) process for global, multi-site clinical trials.
- Develop the study-specific CTA strategy with the Sponsor and internal stakeholders.
- Create country-specific CTA templates.
- Negotiate CTAs and the corresponding budget directly with clinical sites.
- Present progress to internal and external stakeholders ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant legal or business field.
- 6+ years of direct experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO).
- Experience in contract and budget negotiation.
- 3+ years of management or oversight experience.
- Ability to effectively influence others.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Target salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 with potential for bonus awards.
