Sandbox Resources Inc. is seeking a high-performing Junior Marketing Account Manager & Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing operations across our fast-growing portfolio of home improvement and construction brands. Youll act as the central hub for managing marketing projects, coordinating vendors and virtual assistants, and executing events without chaos. Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Marketing Account Management
    • Own the weekly marketing execution plan for multiple companies (tasks, deadlines, statuses).

    • Manage virtual assistants (VAs) assign tasks, review deliverables, and maintain momentum.

    • Coordinate with internal/external teams on paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and landing pages.

    • Oversee creative workflows: route graphics requests, ensure brand consistency.

    • Keep print production moving from concept to delivery: flyers, signage, postcards, and more.

    • Track budgets, invoices, and performance to ensure ROI on every campaign.

  • Events Coordination
    • Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, and marketing events end-to-end.

    • Secure booth spaces and handle all logistics: staffing, travel, collateral, and day-of details.

    • Ensure all assets are print-ready and logistics are complete 7+ days before any event.

    • Partner with Sales Coordination to ensure event leads are properly captured and followed up.

  • Systems Management
    • Maintain a lightweight execution system (Notion or equivalent) for all marketing ops.

    • Run weekly marketing meetings and track action items to closure.

    • Develop request templates, briefs, and scorecards to streamline execution.

Qualifications
  • Required:
    • 2+ years in a coordination-heavy role (marketing coordinator, project manager, account manager, etc.)

    • Strong organizational skills and proven follow-through you dont try, you close loops.

    • Clear written communication, particularly in briefs, updates, and vendor coordination.

    • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and enforcing deadlines with confidence.

    • Competence in spreadsheets and familiarity with marketing metrics.

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and CRM/workflow tools.

    • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

  • Preferred:
    • Experience in home services/local marketing or fast-paced trade businesses.

    • Familiarity with print coordination and direct mail campaigns.

    • Background in supporting paid media or creative production teams.

    • Hands-on experience managing events, booths, or sponsorships.
