- Develop new accounts by identifying potential customers and building positive relationships with them.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing customers individual needs promptly.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet revenue, profitability, and overdue budget targets.
- Provide data for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in targeted segments.
- Collaborate with the business development team to foster new business initiatives.
- Improve market share across all product lines.
- Conduct regular meetings regarding sales, collections, stocks, and business development.
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial coatings, paints, or project sales.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient computer skills including CRM systems.
