- Define and own the end-to-end roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
- Coordinate collaboration among data scientists, engineers, and IT teams.
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery using Agile practices.
- Translate business use cases into technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and promote Responsible AI principles.
- Define and track KPIs across technical and business dimensions.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and modernize ML stacks.
- Proven experience in technical program management for AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and portfolio management tools.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, MLOps practices, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.

- Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
