What You'll Do:

• Assemble outdoor power equipment and components using tools, drawings, and schematics
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure top quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Support your team to meet production goals

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
